Terms of Use for GeoPopup

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GeoPopup website (geopopup.io) and the GeoPopup SaaS product/service ("Service") provided by GeoPopup ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Do not share your password or login credentials with others.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription to the Service requires payment of applicable fees.
• By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the terms of the GeoPopup Subscription Agreement available at https://geopopup.lemonsqueezy.com/billing.
• You can cancel your subscription through the billing portal at https://geopopup.lemonsqueezy.com/billing.

3. Termination

• You may terminate your account by cancelling your subscription via the billing portal (https://geopopup.lemonsqueezy.com/billing) and removing your user from the Clerk user portal (https://accounts.geopopup.io/user).
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

4. Limitation of Liability

• We make no warranties or representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Service for any purpose.
• In no event shall GeoPopup or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

5. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold GeoPopup, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the GeoPopup website (geopopup.io). Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
